Tandis Ara Engineering was founded in 1993 to improve the level of craftsmanship in building construction in Iran using high-tech methods. Later along the way, we became more specialized in constructing exposed concrete surfaces.

Importantly, the use of rough but appealing concrete surfaces on the exteriors and interiors is not limited to only multifunctional public buildings, but can also be extended to smaller-scale, private projects like residential houses and offices.

The area of expertise of Tandis Ara Engineering Co. is not limited to exposed concrete surfaces. We have worked on a wide range of projects – from meticulous renovation of country houses and special-purpose buildings to construction of water structures, such as pools, concrete tankers, concrete retaining walls and so on. The main advantage of the group is that it consists of different types of professionals, such as architects, structural designers, mechanical and electrical engineers, and construction managers who have been working collaboratively in a close-knit environment to resolve complex construction problems.
